Newegg has the PNY VCGGTX560TXPB-OC-S GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card for $200 - $30 rebate [Exp 8/31] = $170 with free shipping. Features 850MHz graphics clock, 1700MHz processor clock, 384 CUDA cores, and supports nVidia Physx, Direct X 11, and mini HDMI.
As what's basically a reference (3% OC) PNY and a $30 rebate has never been what I see as a superlative deal.
At this price a GTX 560 Ti, chips away at the 7850's performance seeming appearing as the better BfB choice. The GTX560Ti is compelling at saving some bucks if you can live with a few less frames, but as always that depends on the title. Objectively a 7850 is a better card @ $210 –AR$20, in terms of its power usage, Dx11 prowess, while even frame latencies, and 99th percentile frame production. While if you intend to OC I'd consider the AMD Pitcairn is a chip that can deliver.

Here’s a review breaking it down in latencies, and frame production.
