If you load ARM Linux then this box becomes somewhat functional. Pogoplug parent company is moving to cloud storage solutions so I am not sure what future this thing has coming.
It actually makes for a decently fast Linux solution. You can load Samba, FTPd, MiniDLNA for a pretty usable and low power home NAS.
Makes for a decent PogoPlug too. Certainly way too limited for most of us, but a lot of ppl have very basic needs and would be thrilled to have these capabilities. Having played around w/ it as a PogoPlug for a while, and I can definitely see where it would be useful as is. For the more adventurous, hacking is a nice option too.
