Buy.com has the Polk Audio AM4088-A Atrium 4 Indoor/Outdoor Speakers, White (Pair) for $127 with free shipping. These speakers exceed military specifications for environmental endurance and feature frequency response 12KHz to 20kHz and anodized aluminum tweeter domes with rubber surrounds.
12kHz to 20 kHz??? I think you meant 75 Hz to 25 kHz.
These are pretty good. Good sound quality. Of course the 4.5" woofer can't put out a lot of bass. That may or may not be a good thing. Lack of bass may keep the peace with your neighbors. People have literally submersed these in water and covered them with snow and, after removing, they still work great.
Mounting is super easy, and the speakers will look good too. I would recommend them or maybe one of the older Atrium series speakers:
Picked-up the Atrium 55's a couple weeks ago from NewEgg, and couldn't be happier (especially since they were only $150). They're basically the older model of the Atrium 5.

Polk makes a great product.
So are these the speakers they used to drive Manuel Noriega out of his hiding spot, down in Panama??
Fat Albert Gore does not approve of these messages!
Now, Tipper on the other hand, wildly endorses loud outdoor music being the party Cougar she now is!
