Very nice detailed speaker. Well constructed too. However, the bass is limited. This might be a good thing for outdoor installations since you won't have to worry about bothering the neighbors. However, if you want more bass then go for the Atrium 5 or better speakers. For slamming bass you still need a sub. Polk does make an exterior sub but never heard it so I can't comment.
