Pretty good price! I have these in cherry and have been very happy with them. I paired them with a CS10 center and Monitor 30 surrounds. I use them primarily for movies and gaming and they provide solid, immersive audio.
I've had my 60s for about 2 days in my den. I'm running a denon avr1911 with the 60s in the front, BIC DV62si for surround, BIC 62DVCLRS for the center, and BIC F12 sub in my den. Previously I had DV62s front and surround(relegated one set to the garage) and adding the Monitors 60s was a remarkable difference. For music there is no comparison at all, running the Monitor 60s Bi-Amped with the F12 sub gives a good soundstage with great clarity for the money. I have Martin Logan Purity LR with matinee center, passage surround, depth i midbass, an aging velodyne DD15 for the ground shaking, being pushed by a marantz sr7005 in my living room. While the 60s are nowhere near the puritys for overall depth and timbre, they do surprisingly well. Tonight I sat down and put a little bit of everything though the 60s and F12(meaning I pissed off my wife and was banished to the den), and I was amazed at the overall sound. I tried some Dire Straights(Sultans of Swing was phenomenal), a bit of the Rat Pack, some Maroon 5, and finished with some JT. "Something in the way she moves" made the hair stand up on my neck. I had to check the denon several times to make sure it was in Stereo with LFE only and not surround. The sound was very enveloping, although a bit dry compared to the Puritys. Considering the cost of the 60s I can only give a resounding thumbs up, although the mid end was lacking a bit of warmth. I just ordered the 70s and will put the 60s in the back which I'm sure will be one of the best budget systems I've ever built. The Martin Logan and marantz setup was a bonus splurge when times were good. The times haven't been so good lately, for the money the Polk Monitors truly live up to their hype.

I have the same setup as #1 except with a CS20 center.
For the money, nothing can touch these Monitor60 Series IIs.
