$20 New at Harbor Freight and if you really plan on using it a 2Y replacement was $10. The girl said bring it back dead and (I'm in the computer no receipt though I'm not depending on that) they give you a new one in the box accessories and all. They are handy little buggers, you really start to find the tight spots and what nots, it has become my gbacono tool for some tough operations. Having integral speed control would be nice, but I used their router speed control for sanding and it helped.
