It is an awful lot of trouble to get there, but the price is damn good. This card is really good for prebuilt systems that come with a 300w psu. It hardly will run any newer games at blinding speeds, but it will help with dvds and is much better than the onboard video in any right. If you are using onboard, get this card.

Zelman doesn't indicate this works with a 3650, but the design is fairly generic so those with the right skills could probably modify it to work. Red fins and red LED fan! Egg raised the price, but got rid of the $7 shipping so overall it's less.

    #2, you want to put a $15 fan on a $20 board?

I've had a similar 3650 one for over a year now, I simply disconnected the fan and allowed the side fan on my case to cool it. Never had any problems with heat so far.

#3 -- Yea' I know it sound ludicrous, but a lot of posts will comment on the fan. It's a round about way of saying you pay for what you get.
But that cooler could bring this card alive if you're the type who likes a dirt cheap board and OC the crap out of it. I've had a 2400Pro that was $15 and rigged with an older cooler that stock it's 400/400 and ran all the time a 785/680.
3650 where said to be good at OC'n; while a little short on shaders and texture units it would probably do as a fun and relatively inexpensive hobby'ing venture that might perform more like a 4650.

Even more ridiculous is that a lot of the post are you trolling for a reason to make another "post". You are Bens little tar pit troll waiting for the next shopper to come along so that you can embarrass yourself more if possible pushing this awesome deal youve discovered.

#9 -- True I know... but you're still stuck with stinky mediocre coolers that won't permit the extreme burn down your house OC's, while fans that are noisy and will fail long before their time.
And where's the fun and challenge in that.
Some folk are old school hardware hackers... and don't/won't change.

Beats nothing, but pretty much anything else will beat it.

Depends on how well it would work in Linux.

Like a 8400GS... not, GT210... doubt, a 9500GT... sometimes, the GT 220... your getting warmer... while none of those are $20.
While if you have to ask, you don't know Linux.
