1GB of RAM on a 3650 is a waste of RAM and money.

Well sort of the going rate for 3650's, while myself I'd would go up to a 4650 with DDR3, but that's like $20 more.

Interestingly you can get a Palit 3650 512Mb Super version with what appears to be a better cooler and native HDMI. It's from Tech for Less for 31.59 after bing C/B of 9%, but add shipping of $6.84. Better pic's can be found on Amazon.

The 3650 and 3670 are helpful to those with AMD Hybrid motherboards with HD3300 and HD3400 onboard graphics. Installing one of these cards activates the "Hybrid" mini-SLI-like mode and lets the system gain some synergy, not unlike a Vulcan mind-meld.

So, no a 3650 or if you ever find a 3670 neither can cut it.

Biostar 790GXB has HD 3300 onboard. Specifically requires a 3650 or 3670 card to enable hybrid mode:

#6 -- Not to argue this but, first you say 3650 or 3670; then later your saying the Biostar manual is calling for HD3450/HD3470 GPU
