Free shipping doesn't apply to this case. I cancelled my order which was showing a "budget shipping" charge of $13.13.

^ sitting in cart it (now) shows Econo (4-9 days, residential only) $0.00 shipping. Ground (2-6 days) is $13.13

Lack of fans is an issue but should be ok without any except in PSU for a basic ~ 100W office/email/web surfing box, though I'd cover up the side panel intake so more air flows past the HDD bay and motherboard southbridge from front intake.
