These things don't work

D'oH! Just bought one!

^^ they're an improvement if a wifi device only had the short 2dB antenna, but that doesn't necessarily make them enough of an improvement in some situations. Also doubtful it's actually as high as the 9dB spec'd.

These are kinda worthless if you don't put one on each end of the wireless network, hint, hint.

I put two of these on about a year ago. All they do is make my router tip over. But they look kinda cool.
