I don't know anyone who has received fair treatment from Sears. I won't buy from them on principle.

      sincerely,

      #1,

Well, now you do. I have made many purchases from Sears over the years and have never had any incidents or issues.

As a matter of fact, they have provided warranty service on a grill and TV I purchased from them at least as good any any other appliance service I've used in the past.

Would you care to enlighten us with your experiences?

#1 doesn't get any respect at any store he visits. Could it be #1 and not the stores with the problem?

Yeah, if #1 is indeed the toddsucks of old and not some clone, he is just a big fat bag of fail. It's evidenced by his over 9000 posts complaining about various retailers.

I have purchased several tvs and various craftsmen tools from sears and I have never had a negative experience.

This one looks good but there is no in-store pick up.

Good price, I got one last year bought it at Walmart paid 18 bucks Special Roll Back mark down price pretty happy with it. Perfect Pan-cake all the time a must if you have a family, I just check the price at Walmart, Its 38 buck now. Target also have the same for 39..

#1 Yea!. It could happen to anyone, All post right here have nothing but positive experence with Sears. I bought many big item from Sears they are very good with Warrantees never have any problems after the sales regardless what, No question ask on Returns, Great costumers service.. The only complain I have is, When you buy something online ship to a pacific Store just to save shipping charge, They kind of mess with you. It happen twice on two different purchase, got email confimation on pick-up date show up no item available on their system, Had to go there three times before picking-up that item. The most they say is Sorry,Sorry, and So Sorry. No Five or Ten percent discount on the next purchase.. This happen two years ago, I hope the service is better now..

I've never had any problems with the merchandise I've purchased from Sears. And they treat their employees right.

All comments about Sears aside, $20 for a jumbo grill is a good price.
