Amazon.com has the Prism Design Jazz Kite for $40 + $0 shipping = $40 shipped. REI.com has a better description of its features. Package includes winder, handles, adjustable bridle and a compact travel case. Here's a YouTube video of this kite in action.

Not this one particularly, but I have the bigger version of this, Quantum. Got it from ebay for about $70, very strong and well built kite, endured a couple of pretty bad crash no problem. Hours of fun you can have with it.

Get two of these and you'll have more fun with a friend. Can't be that much fun being alone in a field watching the sky for hours.

I know "stunt" sounds way cooler but it should be called a "trick kite" unless you're actually attached to the kite and flying with it.

Actually #3, it is relaxing, fun and it kind've grows on you. Even cheapie traditional kites are quite entertaining.

And nobody really answered your question.

My buddy has a few kites and his dual lines don't get used very often. He prefers the quad lines because of the handling. However, if you look on YouTube, you'll see guys do practically the same stunts with these dual line kites as the quads. That takes great skill to do that. If you want to get into stunt kites, my buddy would recommend a quad as this will be a waste of money in the end.
