Sears.com has a private sale that is only available through this link, giving you 10% off almost everything. Also valid with coupon code ASEARSHOLIDAY1 [Exp 11/20]. It stacks on top of exising sale offers to get you an even better deal than normal lackeys. Some exclusions apply (listed on promo page).

Don't think anyone will jump off their chair for a 10% discount.

    I loath Sears.

They have gone so far down hill that it's over for them.

I'm in the market for a tabletop propane patio heater and sears is $50 more than home depot. So even after the discount, it's still not a great deal.

no, 10% isnt amazing, but its something especially if you are spending a lot of money already there. My real question is why they have gone down hill...I have always gotten great service and good products from them. They are always more competitively priced than other retailers. Take TVs for example and compare BB against them...Sears usually has a lower price of the same model.

    Burn, Sears, Burn

why they have gone down hill......

Because they are over-priced, quality is in the crapper and all they have are fake sales that are never really a bargain or it is only size 28 pants or something.

The Sears of your youth is gone and in it's place is the GM of stores, bumbling around, leaking money and wishing for the glory days to come back.

Sears Holdings Corp. plans to shutter another seven poor performing stores in February, bringing to 19 the number of stores pegged to close early next year as retailers grapple with one of the worst consumer spending environments in decades

Just another case of a great company beaten down by poor management.

they are only struggling because no one is buying...from anywhere..bacons the same reason Circuit City is having a hard time keeping its doors open these days.

They are struggling because they have have swapped quality and customer service (their building blocks) for total cost savings. It used to be THE place for tools, appliances and expert advice. Now you get people moving from dept. to dept.

maybe he has your tool #7...LOL. Their tools cant be beat and though their customer service has gone down, its still better than many other stores in the same market.

I just got turned off by their "bring in a broken craftsman tool and get a used one in return" policy.

Includes: Appliances; Automotive; Baby; Clothing; Shoes, For the Home; Gifts; Jewelry; Lawn & Garden;; Personal Care; Sporting Goods; Tools; and Toys.

Unfortunately, the items it doesn't include are 4 times the size of the included list. I was gonna go get a PSP right now, but electronics are not included. LAME.
