Today only. Home Depot has the Pro Series 120V Arc Welder for $69 with free shipping. Features a 2-minute 50A duty cycle and welds steel up to 1/8" on a single pass.
If it has "Pro" in its name, it has to be designed for professionals only. Sort'a like labeling food "Organic". Since I'm not a welding professional, I'm not qualified to buy one and since I'm not organic, a can't eat organic food...
If you are looking for a low yield welder in the 90Amp range Harbor Freight has one (http://www.harborfreight.com/90-amp-flux-wire-welder-68887.html) that goes on sale every few months that gets good reviews. I bought one a couple of months ago. Sale Price was $99 but with a code for $20 more off final price plus tax was $79.
There are only three brands to consider: Lincoln, Hobart, Miller. All other Chinese copycats like Harbor Freight are a complete waste of money. Go to a welder forum like WeldTalk and learn first or waste your money and learn the hard way.
Perfect addition to your Darth Sidious costume.
Pro Series? This is a toy!

Only a truly hard core welder uses the death of family members argument.
