This is just Simple Start. I dont think thats the same as the actual QuickBooks 2009. Unless there are two versions, this one and Pro..
Intuit are the scum of the universe. Be prepared to have a constant barrage of popup ads touting their zillions of services, and for key features to be remotely disabled to force you to buy the next version. And under NO conditions store your accounting data on their website.
Quickbooks - just say NO.
agree with #1, tried to do payroll with the free version of this and it was an add-on for $$$
