    Most ergonomic design available. Alows you to put more of your body weight onto the blade. Tall knife cuts the thickest pizzas. Great price.

    Had a Rachel Ray Santoku knife. Piece of doodoo wouldn't keep an edge.

    CrMoV stainless, if that is 8Cr13MoV, it's a pretty decent steel for this price range of knife provided it is hardened properly, though that also suggests it was made in China.
