These go on sale at places like Harbor Freight and Menards for about $6 regularly. $15 is the regular price.

I picked up this same model from Amazon a couple of weeks back and installed it this past weekend. It was surprisingly easy to install and works very well. I use it to store my folding ladder. And no, the ladder wasn't included.
