while I can't speak for this brand specifically, we have the Air Swimmers shark for my son. As you might expect, it loses some helium over time, but balast can be removed to compensate. It's definitely a novelty toy, but really pretty cool. The BIG watch out -- see where you can fill it up around you before getting one! No places would fill it for risk of it exploding and them being held liable... I ended up having to buy a $35 disposable helium tank for a toy that cost $25.... not a bargain anymore at any price.....
