Raidmax RX-600AF 600W Power Supply $27 at Newegg

Check the Eggviews of 28 folks; 39% 5-Stars (11)... 36% 1-Stars (10)! 7% 2-Stars (2), 11% 3-Stars (3), and 7% for 4-Stars (2). Ouch!

The only way to get these to move would be to go back to the "Iron Egg Policy" where they extended to a 60 day return policy, and if I remenber Free return shipping for defective product. Even then... IDK

This isn't related to the junky Raidmax 500W units of yesteryear, it's a somewhat improved modern design although it seems that there are some quality control issues. Might be a lottery, if it works ok it was a deal for $27 but if it pops... think I'll stick with the Corsair Builder series on low end builds. It's $20 AR & linked $5 promo code through the end of today.

Yea, saw that Corsair CX430 deal.
While for higher-end builds I like at least 80+ with Active PFC ( this Raidmax didn't). As of lately the good deals (<$50) for 600W+ units has been fairly dry.

The first one the peaks my interest is the Silverstone Strider Essential ST60F-ES 600W 80+ Active PFC; it's $55 -AR$10 but $9.65 shipping so like $65 when all is said and done.
