Newegg has the RAVPower Dynamo-On-the-Go RP-PB04 Super High Capacity 10000mAh Power Bank for $35 with free shipping. Features 1A & 2A dual USB output, 7 DC tips for iPod/iPhone, smartphones, digital cameras, tablets, and e-books.
I bought this the last time around and so far it's worked as advertised. My only gripe is that the cheap b*astar*ds didn't include a charger so you have to charge through either USB (which takes forever), or find your own charger. I use a 2A USB adapter and it still takes a long time to charge. I need to rummage through my wallwart collection to see if I can find something compatible. Great to have around for backup though.
^ Since it uses Li-Ion cell(s), it is unlikely to charge any faster with a higher current supply, you'll only need one capable of maintaining 5.0V.
In other words it's going to use a current regulated (up to) 4.2V internal charger circuit so even a 5V / 1000A supply isn't likely to charge any faster than a 5V / 1A supply. It takes so long because a 10Ah battery is relatively high capacity.
