a bit expensive for a 3 button mouse, but i doubt you will find a better one.

Razer makes great mice. I have a Death Adder and love it. Very accurate and quick.

Actually I'd bet many many mice are better due to this one using an infrared LED instead of a laser. DPI with infrared is hard to realize because the surface usually doesn't allow as much dot discrimination. IOW, a 1000 DPI laser in use is more accurate than 1800 DPI infrared unless you try a lot of mouse pads to find one that happens to have just the right texture and reflectivity.

Main benefit to infrared is power savings which isn't important unless it's a cordless mouse. Well there's lower cost to make it too, but with laser mice selling for $25 that savings isn't realized by the owner.

I beg to differ, in fact infrared gaming mice are way superior to laser mice because at high dpi, laser mice arent as accurate as optical mice. Razer being gaming mice maker use optical sensors for their products for a reason. The laser sensors are popular because it can track on many different surface only not as accurate as optical sensors. When you buy a high end gaming mouse it's kinda given you also buy a great mousepad.
