I had one of these and returned it. My fault really, I wanted it to be splashproof for my JetSki. The headphone design is the issue, when you get them wet, they don't work. The water gets into the little speaker wholes and stops working until its dry. It was not swimming with them, but they did get a big splash and stopped.
