I have a 16GB version and I'd say this the shittiest "phone" I have ever owned. As an internet device and other cool apps its pretty good but as a phone it sucks and when you add 10 more apps it becomes slow as hell. It's spelling auto correction feature sucks. Cannot change carriers easily when set to "automatic". For every simple task it takes a million touches (clicks) so shitty is the navigation.

I had blackberry pearl and I'd it was the best as phone.

#20, I agree for the most part. I have the data plan, even though I'm constantly around wi-fi at work and at home. But it's worth it when you find yourself out of range of wi-fi and need the internet for some reason. It happens to me more than I thought it would!
