We got this a couple of months ago and really like it. The vibrating is very nice and the chair is comfy. The only problem we had was fairly slow delivery to the store and once again poor staffing at the in store pickup location. Walmart needs to improve this or get rid of it! I've ordered two times this way and both times have proven to be less than satisfying.
I had a similar product before, these are relaxing chair not "Massage" chair. If you want to relax after work then its ok, however if you need it for muscle ache/ back pain and such, these wouldn't help too much (a good massage chair cost 1000+)
