I will never buy from buy.com with or without the Google Checkout Discount. I purchased a router from them which turned out to be defective. I did not realize it was defective until I spent a couple of hours trying to trouble shoot it with Linksys. I tried to return it and they were denying it because it was past 14 days. That return policy is rediculous for an online retailer. Which makes it worse is, it is 14 days from the day they ship, not from the day you receive it. I escalated and after 2 months of emailing back and forth, they issued an RMA. I sent mine back and requested a refund, which was confirmed by 2 employees. The sent me a replacement. I found their phone number online because I was sick of dealing with email. I called to tell them that I did not want a replacement and that they need to give me another RMA and Shipping Label. They then told me that I can get the RMA but I have to pay for shipping. I was furious. Another month has gone by and still nothing. They keep saying that upper management is looking into it. I will never buy from Buy.com every again and you shouldn't either.

And yet these are terms that you willingly agreed to when you made your purchase. I have no sympathy for lazy people like you that want to blame other people for your poor decisions. Do NOT post here again. *smirk*

Another reason to have an American Express card. Got one included with my Costco membership.
