I have a couple of these at 75' runs. I have no problem saturating gigE using them. They are fairly flexible, which can be either good or bad. Probably minimal insulation, but I don't run them adjacent to other cables.

If that's the case they are not Cat5e.

I prefer shielded network cable. And this is not. Pass..
