This a solves a life long problem of not being able to cook a pizza while on road trip. Image, the smell of a cooking pizza wafting in the air while you drive down the interstate... Fun for the kids too!
Looking at the picture, it seems the personal size pizza is hanging out the front even though it is also up against the back. Used in the summer in a hot car this might be a way of letting hot air in so it cooks better. Most 12 volt appliances are limited to about 140 watts of power, or less than 1 tenth of what a real pizza oven would use. I think placing a pizza on your crotch might warm it faster.
How about making the pizza into a calzone and wrapping it in foil and placing it near the exhaust manifold. At your next restroom stop, you'll have piping hot pizza for the road. Throw in some road kill for a real treat...
Actually, on Mythbusters they recently proved that you could cook an entire thanksgiving dinner on the hot parts of a car while driving. This method would probably work better than the portable oven, faster certainly, although with a bit less convenience.

This will go great with my 12V deep fryer, driving an cooking will be awesome.
Great for cooking in the van, down by the river
You will have to do this via Bluetooth as it is illegal to cook & eat hot pizza while driving in many state I would think!
