Oh boy, now I can drive, text, drink and bake a pizza all at the same time!
In order for this to operate from most lighter sockets, this would be limited to about 10 amps. Amps X volts = Watts, or about 120 to 140. This would be about one tenth the wattage and heat of a real toaster oven. Don't expect hot bubbly pizza made during your lunch hour, if ever.
Just what I thought, it's as useful as a USB coffee warmer.
Your lighter socket is often limited to less than 10A, more like 5 on a lot of vehicles.
