Now, where are you going to put this thing, eh? Unless you have a van or a folding rear seat, and an insulator to put this on so it doesn't melt your carpet or mat, it's basically a stinky hazard. And your vehicle will stink forever. Maybe it's romantic now, but pizza smell lingers long.

I had one of these mounted in the passenger seat of my Tiburon. It kept popping the door open when I would take a sharp curve. Nothing worse than a meat lover's pizza sliding down your Korean "Pleather" seats in the middle of July.

This was in the Simpsons (Season 14, Episode 20, "Brake My Wife, Please"), wasn't it?

Seems like it would need more juice than a cigarette lighter could provide if it worked well that is.. Why not just get a real pizza oven and run it with an inverter directly off the battery? At least you could use it elsewhere and would likely work much better.

If memory serves, the internal temp only reaches 250 degrees. That will take a long time to cook a pizza. Also, the internal dimensions will only allow a 7" pizza. That's pretty dang small.

Totino's pizzas are too large for this oven. You could fit some single-serving 6" pizzas, such as Red Baron or Tombstone. I think most of these are bought as gag gifts and are never really used.

This oven is for kids's size. But pretty cheap though.
