eBay with Rockwell Tools has the Rockwell RK7321 Bladerunner Cutting Machine for $150 with free shipping. Features a 5.5 Amps of power, dust port, stainless steel table top and weighs only 18lbs.
Obviously, the bladerunner cutting machine is for destroying all of the needless versions of the film "Bladerunner" that often come with the only version you need. I think the version I bought wa a 113 disc set with 94 directors cuts, and 338 alternate endings.
To me : it's like under table mount jig saw and with top protection installed. Weight 18lbs could be a feature for portable purpose, but due to it's light weight- it could cause a lot of vibration too. With a lot of vibration- it will be hard for precise cut.
After reading 1star comments on amazon it looks evident the video for this thing is lying in just about every respect. If you need to cut .0825" thick tile this might be for you (at 87 degrees -not 90). If you need to cut 35 gauge aluminum sheet, this might be for you. I'm staying well clear...
^ It's a light duty saw meant for little more than 1" thick wood or much thinner tile or metal, though I'd imagine it can cut 30 ga., maybe even thicker aluminum without much trouble if you are patient as it'll be slow going.
Careful not to lop fingers. thank you.
But...what fun is that?
What's this for?
