I think that if you cook enough to need this many knives, then you cook enough to need better knives.

you guys are such HATERS. i bought this set the first time it was listed. these knives are FINE! the quality of the handle isn't as good, it feels like cheaper plastic. but otherwise, these knives are FINE! cuts all my food just the way i want!

I tried everything from cheap $20 knife sets, to $100 8" Wusthof chef's knife. I finally settled on some Forschner knives and then eventually bought a set of Forschners.
