I looked on the link that you provided for monoprice.com, it came up with no cat7 cable. I did a search for cat 7 cable and there was no listing for it. The search just showed cat 5, cat 5e, and cat 6.
For consumer applications, wouldn't Category 7 be cost prohibitive for most people?
I'd imagine one would need high end premium equipment to actually take advantage of the specifications. For enterprise of course that would be a different matter.
