I have several of these - used in the USA & Europe regularly, all work fine for phones, iPods, tablets, cameras etc.
Except one failed a few months ago - although I think my kid's friends messed with it.
My experience was not as good. Has multiple ports, but would not charge an HP Touchpad and a Nook Color at the same time. Phones - ok - higher wattage devices - not so much.
Yes, I don't think I've put 2 tablets on the same charger at the same time. But I regularly charge a 7" tablet, an iPod Touch, and a compact camera simultaneously.
