250 watt is FINE. if you don't put anything crazy. mini-itx don't take that much power anyway.

I had a shuttle K45 and it came with 100watt psu. (yes that's one hundred watts)

I had a c2d 2.4 ghz + HSF in there. a regular 3.5" HD, a notebook size DVDRW, a few usb devices. and they all run fine.
