I heard the Halogen lamps don't last long and they are expensive to replace. I don't have one myself.
As is typical with Rosewill stuff, looks like it's a good value IF it isn't defective.
Rosewill is just Newegg rebranding from many different manufacturers. You can't really glean anything from the brand except that it's not *high*-end.
