Newegg has the Rosewill RCR-IC002 74-in-1 USB 2.0 3.5" Internal Card Reader w/ USB port & extra silver face plate for $10 with free shipping. Includes two face plates (silver/black) and supports 74 different types of memory.
Installs in an external 3.5 drive bay and plugs into a USB header on the motherboard, so make sure you have an empty one available, most computers do. Mine works quite well and gave me an extra usb port as well.
One thing to watch for is that the CF card slot doesn't have very good guides, so you'll often bend the metal prongs that insert into the card. Then you'll have to find a very small flathead screwdriver to straighten them out so the card will fit. Its a pain, trust me. Rosewill dropped the ball on this device
floppy drive space to fill out, price is the same for long time

I bought the similar RCR-IC001. Worked great for a while, then the memory card slots no longer work. The USB port works though, so that's something.

Agree with #4. Disappointing build quality.
