I've like these... But this is better as the U3 now designates USB 3.0 and adds a third side fan. Now it is said to work only with mobo's with USB 3.0 20-pin header port, so understand that.
What I like is it has no top fan vents, while a bottom PSU and removable filter for it and a bottom fan mount. You get three 120mm (1x red) some say they're not great, but I say good for a start, while some complain that new side vent fan is chintzy... you can source better ones later if it's actually needed. I will say the fans that came with the Blackbone are still quiet and working no problem. The perforated mesh front has foam filters also, and I believe this like a Blackbone permit the front bezel to snap off without being tethered by the I/O panel wires which is nice for cleaning.
The only thing that's stands-out as a worry, is there are guys indicating they had issues with the ATX mobo alignment which is weird and not the norm.
While not big on the Red I'm thinking of getting it, and then cover those sides with a faux carbon fiber Vinyl Film Wrap and then maybe blue fans.
