The only Rosewill power supplies that I've yet to see work to stated specs are the RP-xxx2 and RX series. You'd be much better off getting the OCZ power supply currently on sale for the same price. More watts, modular cables, higher quality construction, and a red LED fan to light up your case. link: http://bensbargains.net/deal/95451/

Also, the rails on this power supply do not provide "independent reliable power" as Ben states in the description. They're actually a single rail with amperage limiters on each set of wires.

The fewer rails the better, one is ideal, and that's what some high end power supplies(Like PC Power & Cooling and Ultra X3) provide. So, don't look for a power supply with more rails, look for one with less rails, and the same or more amps overall.

Even if it met specs, a 430W for $40 isn't much of a deal.
