Got this last week, good for small size monitors and TV's ( mine 15"). It has two plates which slip into each other, a safety screw holds them together. Its attached to the wall by two screws & the other piece of the bracket is attached with four screws for holes already in the back of the monitor. Clearance are minimal, enough for cables and wires. It tilts up 15 degrees, down and side to side. It has a large nut to adjust tension so the monitor stays in place. Easy to instal, solid. Like it, just not for anything too large.
