Newegg has the Rosewill RLDL-11001 LED Light Table Lamp for $35 - $8 off with coupon code EMCNBHB223 [Exp 9/3] = $27 with free shipping. Features 240 lumens of light output, slim foldable design and consumes only 4.2W of power.
Looks good except for the *many* complaints that the tensioning screws break and lamp become unusable. R*sewill support is active on N**Egg, but users are apparently still waiting for resolution on the broken screw problem.
I bought one and regret it about 2 minutes after opening the box. That was about how long it took to figure out that the lamp arm would not stay up and I tried to tighten the lower pivot screw, which broke apart. The entire head of that screw is made of plastic. Only the shaft and a small wire C-clip are made of metal on the pivot bolt. Of coarse Rosewell replaced the pivot screw with the same poor design that broke in the first place. The lower pivot area is a bad design, looks nice, but is not functionable as it is. This product should be pulled from the market IMHO.
I made a new pivot screw head of metal on a lathe and machined threads on to the end of the shaft to attach the new metal screw head on to the pivot shaft. Now I can tighten the pivot assembly down but the whole pivot area is made of plastic ans still wants to slide and fall down. The best thing is to not buy this from the start and save yourself the time and money. If you need a desk lamp, find same thing else as you will regret this purchase.

I bought four of these lamps four months ago and have not had the problems others have reported. I have been careful in tightening screws, however.
Duct tape FTW.
