I bought it when it was $12 and was so unhappy with it I replaced it after a couple of weeks. The scroll wheel would bounce so when attempted to scroll down it would scroll down, then up a little, then down. It made it very hard to deal with.
Strangely enough, newegg says "This product cannot be shipped to IL, NC and NY". Never saw that before.
Maybe it is a hazardous substance like a Big Gulp is in NYC.
