Newegg has the Rosewill RMS-DA5600 Amplified Digital TV Antenna for $15 + $0 shipping = $15 shipped. Can be used either indoors or outdoors and features a built-in FM trap filter.
I have the monoprice antenna outdoors, mounted on the roof of my second story house in place of the DNB on the old owner's satellite dish. I get all of 2 HD Channels (and a handful of crappy non-HD ones), but I get to watch Sunday Night Football.
If you want something decent mount a Winegard HDTV Antenna on the roof or in the attic & use a proper splitter. An incorrect splitter will cut the incoming digital signal. You want a 2GHz splitter. Split the signal at the center of where your TV's are located, this will be the major source of your signal loss.
Worthless indoors, Monoprice sells one very similar. Many bad Newegg reviews as I expected.
