Newegg has the Rosewill RNX-N4PS IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wireless-N 2.0 Router for $50 - $10 off coupon code EMCLWMW66 [Exp 8/24] = $40 with free shipping. It has decent user reviews, especially for a 'house brand' router.
I'd actually call the reviews mixed at best. What's a bit odd is that this particular router has more responses from the manufacturer (Rosewill) than I've seen on any other product, chiming in after the review and saying "please update the firmware, please send it back to us, etc.". Not encouraging at all.
If it will run DD-WRT or other hack firmware then ignore the software complaints. I don't see it listed on DD-WRT's website but it could be a generic version of something that is. At least if it is junk NewEgg will take care of you.

No gig ports. What good is that?
#3 as a bridge gig ports don't generally matter.
