Bought a similar one a couple weeks ago when they had the combo Mount + HDMI cable for $12 (Rosewill Model RHTB-11004). I just installed it last night. Easy install and mounts pretty flush to the wall. Make sure you hook all the cables to the TV before hanging it, as there's less than an inch of space between the wall and the TV once it's hung.
