How can you blame it on Obama when he just took the office in 50 days? What happened to the other 8*365 days before (~2800 days) with the record high gas price $5+/gallon? with the ecomomy now know as the "great recession"? The wars?

US has always been view as arrogant by others country Obama is trying to change it. His humble way is better than spent a few trillions to go to wars and no end in sight. The worst that could happen is we'll get a few others Sept 11 but we just might fence off the hostility.

#12 How is passing bills and laws in a hurry any change at all. The GOP rushed several bills through in the aftershock of 9-11-01 passing bills to remove our civil liberties on the same bills that provided relief to families who lost loved ones at the WTC. The purpose of that was to show politicans who still valued our rights as monsters blocking relief to survivors of the WTC attack.
