    ^ The car is most likely very small, like a Hotwheels, not like a small toy model. You'll be looking at milli-amps/ volts.

    It's more a novelty than anything else #1, the best (affordable /non-wasteful) power sources are already in use, if they aren't suitable you're waiting for the next big battery breakthrough, whichever decade in the future that happens.
