I'd say the Galaxy is the nicer all-around tablet of the two, but IF having the docking/keyboard (with built-in battery) is an important feature, the Transformer is the way to go. Plus the Asus was just updated to ICS and working nicely.
Thats a great price. I am really sad that my Android Tablet while jazzy has very limited Apps available compared to my wife's iPad. The Apple Appstore kicks the Android Marketplace BIG TIME. At the end of the day, your car's fancy interior will not mean much if it cannot take you to various places.
A tablet that doesn't support flash would be pretty useless to me. I guess different people have different needs/wants.
