its $269 at newegg after $30 rebate.
im really debating if i should get this or not. anybody know if it is HD compatible? I could pay about $100 more for similar with HDMI and HDTV with built in digital TV tuner.
I got the 2233bw for 148 after rebate and the paypal cashback thing from newegg. It's a nice monitor except the colors, I spent alot of time calibrating it
I think this was at best buy clearance for $300, only two left in Chesapeake, VA.
#5...Apparently, DVI-D is the same quality as HDMI, the only difference is that HDMI carries sound.
Anyone think this will get cheaper after christmas?
That's the billion dollar question, #8. There's lots of pundits on the financial news channels pondering whether the low rate of gift card sales is an indication that discounts will go away after christmas, and that the best deals to be had are the ones that are out there now.
Personally, I think it's a crap shoot.

Prices on LCD monitors are going to continue to fall for the time being. The major panel makers admitted to price fixing and have been fined so prices are going down to where they "should" be.
I'll pass on this as well. Price is okay but damn those rebates. Are they trying to get rid of it that bad. They keep posting it over and over.
how are samsung monitors comapred to acers, viewsonics?? want to buy one and debating with my inner self on which one
#14...I have an Acer 22" that I luv. I purchased it over the two Samsung 22" monitors because of the price difference at the time. Now, though, with great prices like this, I would definitely go with the Samsungs. A bit better color quality and a bit better viewing angles. Plus, this 24" is cheaper than the price of the 22" Samsung I considered over the Summer! lol
what~ this iis the cheapest TV i seen so far. How low you guys need the price goes down..
