Samsung SpinPoint drives have always given me difficulty. I think of all the ones I've worked with, just under half have failed. This seems like a decent price, though.
Naah... A bit more and you can get at least a 750GB with 32MB Cache. However Spinpoints are supposed to be the quietest drives on the planet.
Good price, but I've also had my difficulties with Samsung drives.
What's the warranty on this puppy.

#1, it does not work so well if the T Series HD501LJ has been partitioned.
damn, HDs nowadays are cheap.
My samsung HD was dead after being used for after two years. Since then, I loose all my confidence with samsung.
