Not sure if they have ironed out the problems with this refurbished model but the original reviews are some of the worst I've seen. Has a web browser but you have to supply the keyboard and users said it wouldn't recognize approved keyboards and the web browser wouldn't even load and cashed the player on the original non-refurbished model. Problems connecting to netflix, laggy in all respects. Seems the LG ones are better at the same price points and generally get kudos for handling a wide range of file formats over your network.
The reviews at Amazon and QVC are terrible.
